Our Story
We were founded on industry experience, strategic thinking, and a passion for real estate. With over 12 years of experience in real estate and 8 years in marketing, our founder, Tabassum Khan, built her career working with leading real estate firms, gaining deep insight into project sales, market positioning, and client engagement.
Over the years, she became known for her ability to develop effective sales strategies, successfully close projects, and mentor fresh talent entering the industry. Her experience in training teams and guiding new professionals highlighted the importance of structured sales processes and strong leadership in real estate.
Recognising the opportunity to bring these strengths together, she established the company with a vision to deliver strategic marketing, well-trained teams, and result-driven sales solutions for real estate projects.
